About

My name is Adriana, and I am an experienced counsellor in Norwich and online, giving adults from all backgrounds a safe, peaceful space to explore their issues and receive a form of support that’s personalised to them. Every individual is different, so I am always careful to learn about you before drawing from a range of approaches to provide therapy adapted to your needs, whatever they may be. I work with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, difficult life transitions, bereavement, among many other issues.

If you would like to know a bit more about my counselling in Norwich and online, please feel free to get in touch with me at any time.

How We Work Together

The kind of help you receive is determined by your particular situation and requirements. No one problem is the same, and as a result I am trained in a variety of therapeutic approaches and use different ones to suit each client, such as CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) for those looking to address problems in the here and now, or IEMT (Integral Eye Movement Therapy) in instances of processing past trauma.

Initial Consultation

I understand that reaching out for therapy isn’t easy, especially if you’re doing it for the first time, which is why I always give clients the chance to have a free, no-obligation, fully confidential 15-minute chat over the phone with me before booking a session.

This is your chance to ask any questions and see if you’d feel comfortable working with me. There’s never any pressure on you to continue if it doesn’t feel right.

Contact me so we can discuss any queries you may have and how I might be able to help you.
